PAPERS FOR AND PARTICIPATION AT THE CONFERENCE

You can participate in several ways:

 1. SUBMIT A PAPER IN ENGLISH OR FRENCH

Communication intentions should be sent before January 31th, 2023, in the form of an extended abstract of 800 to 1,500 words maximum (i.e. about 4,500 to 8,700 characters) specifying the title of the paper, the authors (with their contact details), the issues of the subject, the theoretical positioning, the research problem, the method and the main results as well as some bibliographical indications. These intentions may be written in French or in English.

The final full text of around 20 pages (40,000 characters maximum) must be sent by April 20th, 2023 and should be submitted on https://airmap2023.sciencesconf.org

Style guidelines: MS Word, times New Roman, size 11, single-spaced. 2.3 cm margin on the left; 4.4 cm margin on the right; 2.5 cm top and 3 cm bottom, and binding 0 cm. Paper size B5 (18.2 x 25.7). Titles and subtitles must be in bold, on a separate line, in capital letters for first level titles. The title page must appear on a separate page from the body of the text and indicate: the title of the paper, the authors, the contact person + 5 keywords.

For each of the authors, include on this page: name, organization or university of affiliation, postal address, telephone, e-mail address. When sending the full text, authors are asked on the first page to insert an abstract (1,200 characters maximum) in French and English above the keywords. The document must be anonymized (document properties, remove information identifying the author).

 

Proposals must not have been published by the date of submission. If a submission to a journal is in progress at the time of the Colloquium submission, this should be specified in a footnote attached to the title of the paper. If, for all or part of their content, the papers have been presented at symposia, conferences or research days, this should also be indicated in the footnote attached to the title of the paper, identifying the context of presentation (nature of the event, place, date).

The award of ‘best paper’ will be given at the conference.

 

2. ORGANIZE AND MANAGE A WORKSHOP

This conference is organized in workshops. If you are an academic and are interested in organizing and leading a workshop, your expression of interest for the workshop should be sent to the following address: colloque.dijon2023@airmap.fr by October 7th, 2022 on a format of about 400 words and about 10 references.

3. PROPOSE A SYMPOSIUM

It is also possible to propose a symposium project until January 13rd, 2023.

The symposium project is related to the theme of the symposium: the symposium, which lasts an hour and a half, welcomes several speakers who give short presentations and debate with the audience. The symposium proposer should send a summary of the symposium project and the list of proposed speakers for validation by the scientific committee to: colloque.dijon2023@airmap.fr.

 

4. PARTICIPATE IN THE DOCTORAL WORKSHOP

Proposals should be sent before January 31th, 2023, in the form of a summary of no more than 4,500 characters specifying the title of the paper, the author (with contact information), the thesis subject, the doctoral project and its stakes, the problem, the theoretical position, the method and the main results already obtained, if available.

The full text of about 20 pages (40,000 characters maximum) must be sent by April 20th, 2023.

5. PARTICIPATE IN THE AIRMAP 2022 THESIS PRIZE

As every year, the conference will give the opportunity to reward the best thesis defended in the year 2022. The Prize for the best AIRMAP 2022 thesis will be awarded during the 2023 conference. The deadline for applications is January 31th, 2023.

 

6. THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH

Several types of promotion are considered for communications. After being selected by the scientific committee of the conference, some papers may be nominated for publication in the following journals:

- Comptabilité Contrôle Audit (FNEGE 2, HCERES A) ;
